Cashew Chicken served with Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
2 pieces of Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 of each bell pepper (green, red, yellow)
1 onion
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
ginger
Oaks coconut oil
Nerpy's Red hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper or for added flavor use Nerpy's All Purpose Seasoning.
Make the sauce:
1 table spoon of corn starch
2 tea spoon or rice wine vinegar
3 table spoon of soy sauce
2 table spoon of oyster sauce
add some water along with Nepys Red hot pepper sauce
Mix and sit aside to use later
Saute chicken for 3-4 mins
Remove from skillet
Add more coconut oil and saute the peppers
add the green onion
add the onion and shallot
add the ginger and garlic
Add the chicken
Add the sauce, let it cook for a few minutes then you add the Cashew.
Serve with Rice
