Nerpy'S Spicy Tropical BBQ Pork Ribs
Nerpy's Spicy Grilled Tropical BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
Pork Ribs
Nerpy's Green Seasoning or you own All Purpose Seasoning you can use a dry or wet rub
Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Sauce.
Foil
Parchment paper.
Directions:
Rinse and pat dry the ribs
Once the ribs are dry remove the membrane from the back or underside of the pork ribs
After you have removed the membrane rinse, then pat dry and apply your seasoning on both sides of the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in the parchment or was paper and then wrap it that with the aluminum foil paper.
Turn on your BBQ and set temp to low on one side of the grill. Place wrapped foil package on the grill on the indirect heat side and close the lid. Cook time on the grill is about 2 1/2 hours, flipping every half an hour
After the 2.5 hours have passed, the ribs are cooked. Open the foil and parchment paper, remove the ribs from the package and place direct on the grill for about 5 mins on the direct heat side. Now time to apply Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Sauce, brush a liberal amount all over the ribs. Let it sit for about 5 mins to caramelize nicely, flip it over and repeat the process for the other side.
Remove the ribs from grill allow it sit for a few minutes to cool down, then you can cut each rib piece out individually. Your ribs are now ready to plate and serve.
We did our plating with lightly salted Baby Bok Choi and blanched steamed Carrots.
Plate and enjoy...Bon appetit
