Fillet Salmon with Nerpy's famous curry seasoning


Ingredients:
Nerpy's Curry Seasoning, Oaks EV Coconut oil, Celebes coconut milk, Celebes coconut water, Salt, Black pepper, Thyme

Directions:
Fry Salmon in Oaks coconut oil 3 mins skin down then flip over Fry other side for 2 mins Sit aside and prep sauce 
Add coconut water to pan 
Add Nerpy's Curry seasoning. Mix it in.
When it comes to a boil and fully diluted add the coconut milk. I use a can because I like it rich. Your can season it to your taste. 
Let it cook and reduce/simmer. You can add the salmon to the sauce or you can serve it on the salmon when you are going to eat.
