Spicy Coconut Curry Chick Peas, Romano Beans & Mixed Greens with Basmati Rice
Drizzle a tablespoon of Oaks Hemps Seed Oil in a Saucepan on High heat. Add medium chopped onion and a teaspoon of water to pan and sauté onion until they are lightly browned. Reduce to medium heat and add 3 heaping tablespoons of Nerpy's Spicy Coconut Curry Seasoning. Lightly stir items in the pan until everything is nicely mixed together.
Add 1 can, of chick peas and stir into pan, then add the Romano beans and do the same. Add a teaspoon of Sea salt and continue to mix items in pan.
Blanch mixed greens in a separate pan with a bit of Oaks coconut oil and water. Add a bit of salt if you like.
Cook Basmati Rice.
Once rice and all the other ingredients are cooked you can either plate with for serving with rice as the base and add blanched mixed greens, Curry Chick Peas and Romano Beans on top of the rice or plate with Pea and bean mix as your base then add mixed greens and rice as your topping.
Garnish with freshly chopped green onion/scallion and a bit of parsley.
Nerpy's Gold Very Hot Sauce adds that final touch to Spice it up and add a nice sweet heat to it.
