Spatchcock Spicy BBQ chicken served with herbed potato & Cucumber Salad

Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Spatchcock Chicken Ingredients:   1 Whole Chicken 1 Jar of Nerpy's Green Seasoning or you own All Purpose Seasoning you can use our wet or dry rub Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Sauce. Oaks Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 3 or 4 Potatoes 1 whole cucumber 1 tomato S patchcocking (butterflying) a chicken, or any poultry, is a great way to flatten the bird and get even cooking in less time than if you roasted them whole.   With  this whole grilled chicken recipe, the backbone is removed and the chicken is flattened then pan fried and finished in the oven, which enables it to cook quickly and evenly. Directions: Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Cut the chicken down the middle of the chest, flatten and then remove the backbone. A jar of Nerpy's Green Seasoning is more than enough to prepare 2 pounds of boneless chicken or 4 pounds of bone-in chicken, but you can easily double or triple the recipe for a larger bird.   For our preparation we use...

Nerpy'S Spicy Tropical BBQ Pork Ribs

  Nerpy's Spicy Grilled Tropical BBQ Pork Ribs Ingredients:   Pork Ribs Nerpy's Green Seasoning or you own All Purpose Seasoning you can use a dry or wet rub Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Sauce. Foil Parchment paper. Directions: Rinse and pat dry the ribs Once the ribs are dry remove the membrane from the back or underside of the pork ribs After you have removed the membrane rinse, then pat dry and apply your seasoning on both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs in the parchment or was paper and then wrap it that with the aluminum foil paper. Turn on your BBQ and set temp to low on one side of the grill.  Place wrapped foil package on the grill on the indirect heat side and close the lid.  Cook time on the grill is about 2 1/2 hours, flipping every half an hour After the 2.5 hours have passed, the ribs are cooked.  Open the foil and parchment paper, remove the ribs from the package and place direct on the grill for about 5 mins on the direct heat side.  Now ...

  Spicy C oconut Curry Chick Peas, Romano Beans & Mixed Greens with Basmati Rice Vegan inspired meals are often the easiest to prepare. This is an easy and quick meal with minimal ingredients. Delicious flavor and very nutritious. I ngredients: Nerpy's Spicy Curry Seasoning 1 can Celebes Organic Coconut Milk Oaks Hempseed Oil/ Oaks Coconut Oil 1 can Chick Peas 1 Can Romano Beans Sea Salt Mixed greens (spinach, green beans, kale) Basmati Rice 1/2 Spanish onion 1 Tablespoon chopped Green Onion/Scallion Nerpy's Gold Very Hot Pepper Sauce Directions: Drizzle a tablespoon of Oaks Hemps Seed Oil in a Saucepan on High heat. Add medium chopped onion and a teaspoon of water to pan and sauté onion until they are lightly browned. Reduce to medium heat and add 3 heaping tablespoons of Nerpy's Spicy Coconut Curry Seasoning. Nerpy's Cast Iron Fried Tropical Spicy BBQ Chicken with Potato wedges & Cucumber Salad You don't always have to use the grill. This is an easy way for making chicken when the weather is not ideal for outdoor grilling. It retains all the delicious flavor. I ngredients: Nerpy's One Drop Green Seasoning (A KA our Jamaican Pesto) 1 Whole Chicken flattened Oaks Flaxseed Oil Oaks Coconut Oil Nerpy's Spicy Tropical BBQ Sauce Sea Salt Mixed herbs Potatoes cut into wedges 1 English cucumber 1/2 Red onion Directions: Season chicken with Nerpy's All Purpose Green Seasoning, mixed with Oaks Organic Flaxseed Oil and a bit of sea salt. We used two full teaspoons per 1/4 of chicken, so 8 teaspoons of the Green seasoning and about 4 teaspoons of Oaks Flaxseed oil for the whole chicken. Rub in well.
