One Drop Pesto Grilled Beef Short Ribs

Beef ribs anyone? Amazing grilled aged beef short ribs This is grilling season, so it is Prime Time to do some beef ribs all on the grill. Ingredients: Allspice Beef Short Ribs Coriander Anise Clove Salt Ground Oregano Smoky Chipotle Directions: Season the ribs and let them sit for at least an hr or so. Heat grill Put heat on one side to a minimum. Leave the other side at a high temp. Put meat on side with low heat. We will be using indirect heat to do the ribs. Place ribs on rack for 1 hr to start cooking. You can check on ribs after 1/2 hr to see the progress. After an hr flip the ribs. Check after 30 mins to see how much longer it needs to cook. Then it is time to make the Awesome lip licking sauce to paint ribs Oaks Flaxseed oil Nerpy's All Purpose Green Seasoning (Pesto) Mustard Spicy tomato sauce Chipotle Start basting the meat. Authentic Rasta Pasta - No meat, 100% Vegan

Jamaican Pesto Linguine with Ackee - Rasta Pasta! The term Rasta Pasta is used without knowing the meaning. Let me clear up a few things... Rasta Pasta cannot include meat Rasta Pasta cannot include creamy sauce unless it is coconut based. Rasta Pasta must be loaded with colorful veggies. Ingredients: Ackee Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow and Green) Carrots Garlic Linguine Nerpy's One Drop Green Seasoning(Pesto) Oaks Coconut Oil Onion Parsely (fresh is always best but we used dry this time) Sea Salt Tomatoes Tomato paste Directions: Cook the pasta Saute the onion and garlic Add the tomatoes Add the carrots Add tomato paste cook in to release the flavors add a few spoons of the pasta water to cook the veggies Add all three bell peppers Saute for about 3 minutes to get to the crunchy level you desire Add the Ackee. Pasta(Linguine) should be ready. For me I like it al dente. Strain and add to veggies. Drizzle with Nerpy's green seasoning Plate and enjoy..Bon...

Cashew Chicken served with Basmati Rice Feel for something different today? Try the Cashew Chicken recipe. Ingredients: 2 pieces of Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 of each bell pepper (green, red, yellow) 1 onion 1 shallot 3 cloves of garlic ginger Oaks coconut oil Nerpy's Red hot pepper sauce Directions: Season chicken with salt and pepper or for added flavor use Nerpy's All Purpose Seasoning. Make the sauce: 1 table spoon of corn starch 2 tea spoon or rice wine vinegar 3 table spoon of soy sauce 2 table spoon of oyster sauce add some water along with Nepys Red hot pepper sauce Mix and sit aside to use later Saute chicken for 3-4 mins Remove from skillet Add more coconut oil and saute the peppers add the green onion add the onion and shallot add the ginger and garlic Add the chicken Add the sauce, let it cook for a few minutes then you add the Cashew.
