Pesto Coconut Shrimp Pasta Alfredo NO DAIRY TO THIS ONE Out with dairy in with coconut milk Ingredients: 2 cans of Celebes coconut milk Nerpy's One Drop Green Seasoning 2 carrots 1 orange zest and juice from the orange 2 cloves garlic Parsley Directions: Put coconut milk in a pot and bring it to a boil Add orange juice Add orange zest When sauce thickens turn stove off Reduce by a quarter Add carrot Add Parsley Shrimp time: Heat pan then add oil. I use oaks coconut oil. Add shrimp and cook for a few minutes. Do not overcook. Remove shrimp and use the same pan and saute onion and garlic to release the flavors Boil pasta for 8 mins to make al dente Strain pasta. Put it in pot with sauce stir and get the sauce all over the pasta. Add shrimp and stir in. You can add some more Parsley. I also added some Nerpy's Green Seasoning (Jamaican Pesto) . Nerpy's Boston Style Jerk Pork

Boston Beach Style Jerk Pork Jerk Pork started in Jamaica in a community call Boston in the parish of Portland. Key to making Jerk Pork is the spices used (Pimento, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Thyme) along with Pimento wood to lay it on and charcoal. The smoke from the charcoal and the flavor from the Pimento wood mixed with the pepper, thyme, scallion and in some cases beer, yes beer. You can season the pork using a purchased sauce VS adding the ingredients individually.  We use Nerpy's Authentic Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.  This is the real deal!     Ingredients: Pork chops, Nerpy's Jerk Seasoning, cole slaw Directions: Set the meat aside to marinate.  You can marinate for a short as an hour or overnight if you like(|this is my preference).  Heat the grill Use indirect heat to prevent blazing.     Curry Chicken Roti with Nerpy's Curry Seasoning Ingredients: Nerpy's Curry Seasoning, Oaks EV Coconut oil, Celebes coconut milk, Celebes coconut water, 2 teaspoons Sea Salt, fresh garlic clove or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 onion, 2 boneless Chicken Breasts, 1 potato peeled and cubed, Roti shells, cole slaw. Directions: Begin by cutting the chicken breast into small cubes. The best way is to cut each breast in half lengthwise, then cut into small cubes, try to cut pieces about the same size — this ensures that they cook evenly.  Next, season the chicken with Nerpy's curry seasoning - 3 teaspoons per breast, mix  chicken with a spoon or with hands until they are well coated, set aside in the fridge and marinate for 30 minutes, a few hours or you can even allow it to marinate overnight. Nerpy's Jerk Chicken served with seasoned couscous and coleslaw

Jerk Chicken served with seasoned couscous and coleslaw Sunday Dinner is very important in our household. It might be the only day as a family you get to dine.  The order for the day is jerk chicken made with Nerpy's Jerk sauce along with couscous and no mayo coleslaw. Cole slaw   2 carrots 1/2 cabbage 2 table spoon honey 3 table spoon rice wine vinegar 4 table spoon Oaks Organic Flaxseed oil Prep Cabbage and carrot.  Mix them Mix the oil vinegar and honey together and pour over carrot and Cabbage.  Sit in the fridge after for 2 hrs. Jerk chicken  Season chicken with jerk seasoning. I use Nerpy's Jerk Seasoning and let it sit for about 1/2 hr.  Heat grill, put meat on - skin up for about 45 mins with low fire so as not to burn / blaze.
