Nerpy's Oven Roasted Jerk Turkey Ingredients: 1 Whole turkey Nerpy's Authentic Jerk Seasoning 1 Tablespoon of Butter or Coconut Oil Garlic powder  Instructions: Place frozen turkey in fridge about 3 days before you intend to cook it to began defrosting. Two days before cooking, wash & clean the turkey in cold water or a vinegar brine solution.  Pat it dry, removing innards and any ties/cords for the legs. Keep the neck and the ties/cords. Melt about a tablespoon of butter or coconut oil in a small bowl, add a bit of garlic powder and mix together well.  Lay turkey on it's back and then apply garlic butter/coconut oil mix under the skin on the turkey above the breast(be careful not to break holes in the skin), you want the butter/oil to coat the breast meat under the skin in order to keep the meat moist as it cooks.  You need the skin to remain intact for it to keep the moisture in.  Follow the same process for the Turkey legs. Humble Potato Salad & Stuffed Jerk Potato Croquette Bombs Ingredients: Canadian Russet Potatoes Butter Saran Wrap Nerpy's Authentic Jerk Seasoning Boneless Jerk chicken breast Jerk pork Avocado Tomato Cabbage Carrots Celery leaf Flaxseed Crackers Egg white Oaks Organic Coconut Oil Nerpy's One Drop Green Seasoning Directions: Pre-cook 1 Chicken Breast and about a 1/4 pound of Jerk pork Boil 2 Russet PEI Potatoes Once potatoes are soft, mash and add 2 tablespoons of butter per potato Spread saran wrap across the length of your cutting board Place 1 tablespoon of mashed potato on Saran Wrap, place another piece of saran wrap over potato. P ress and roll mashed potato to shape(about the size/shape of a pancake) for filling. One Drop Pesto Grilled Beef Short Ribs

Beef ribs anyone? Amazing grilled aged beef short ribs This is grilling season, so it is Prime Time to do some beef ribs all on the grill. Ingredients: Allspice Beef Short Ribs Coriander Anise Clove Salt Ground Oregano Smoky Chipotle Directions: Season the ribs and let them sit for at least an hr or so. Heat grill Put heat on one side to a minimum. Leave the other side at a high temp. Put meat on side with low heat. We will be using indirect heat to do the ribs. Place ribs on rack for 1 hr to start cooking. You can check on ribs after 1/2 hr to see the progress. After an hr flip the ribs. Check after 30 mins to see how much longer it needs to cook. Authentic Rasta Pasta - No meat, 100% Vegan

Jamaican Pesto Linguine with Ackee - Rasta Pasta! The term Rasta Pasta is used without knowing the meaning. Let me clear up a few things... Rasta Pasta cannot include meat Rasta Pasta cannot include creamy sauce unless it is coconut based. Rasta Pasta must be loaded with colorful veggies. Ingredients: Ackee Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow and Green) Carrots Garlic Linguine Nerpy's One Drop Green Seasoning(Pesto) Oaks Coconut Oil Onion Parsely (fresh is always best but we used dry this time) Sea Salt Tomatoes Tomato paste Directions: Cook the pasta Saute the onion and garlic Add the tomatoes Add the carrots Add tomato paste cook in to release the flavors add a few spoons of the pasta water to cook the veggies Add all three bell peppers Saute for about 3 minutes to get to the crunchy level you desire Add the Ackee.
